Our full Returns & Refunds Policy will be available before we begin accepting orders.

Customers will be informed clearly about eligibility for returns, applicable return periods, the condition in which products must be returned, and how refunds or exchanges are processed.

Certain products may be subject to additional return restrictions for hygiene reasons where legally permitted. This does not affect customers' legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer-law requirements.
